Some things in life...

Some threads old,
dwindle in size
gets entangled,
instead of sewing,
it just shreds

Some paths familiar,
grows weeds,
gets lonely,
instead of leading,
it just stops

Some places warm,
becomes damp,
gets moldy,
instead of giving peace,
it just haunts


Some bonds strong,
weakens with time,
gets distant,
instead of being real
it just fakes

Apart from the blogathon that I have jumped into there is another very important issue (!) which has been circling inside my head for long and hold your breath, it is about getting hold of a good yeast (!!) So that I can venture into bread baking..which I had been longing to do  for so long.   This search for a good yeast has been going on for so long that I have tried at least 4 to 5 types of yeast till now, I brought a pack from kerala store in Delhi,  then when I went to Kerala I brought two packs from a bakery thinking that the kind of stuff they have at their shop, definitely they must be selling  good yeast and was excited about trying it out.. then I brought packs from different bakeries in  Delhi.. to cut a long story short... none.. yes... These words are from someone who just missed the most power position in the world by a whisker.. It is unbelievable that Hillary has lost the election.. I watched her speech after the election and she was the epitome of grace and self restraint.    I am not an American, I have never been to America, I hardly have anything to do with that place but I really really wanted Hillary to win because if not America then who else should be having a women president? She would have been the first women President of America in 240 years… so whatever happened to the America of our dreams, the perfect paradise where every one wants to go, where women can wear anything and do anything and live as she pleases, but Americans could not bring unto themselves a women president and what did they choose.. unbelievable..!!!
